U-TAKE Studio is the complete solution for professional, amateur photographers and video makers here in Tokyo. We are one of the best rental photography studio for advertising, fashion, beauty and editorial photography. Our studio photography lighting equipment for rent is mainly PROFOTO. We do not provide any
lighting nor equipment for VTR (Video) shooting. If you would like to rent our studio for VTR (Video) please make sure you bring your own equipment.
We have a very ample daylight source, large grey concrete wall, a nice make-dressing room, we have temperature controlled floors, air and heater system, kitchen and we offer free wireless internet.

Our hours of operations are
6am to 12am (Midnight). We are open every day. We are closed on major National Holidays.
RESERVATIONS:
We accept reservations by phone, e-mail and
reservation form.
For reservations done outside our business hours, during holidays, e-mail and reservation form, we will contact you the next business day.

We accept reservations from a minimum of 4 hours of use.
VIDEO (VTR) might have additional charges added to the total bill in case of higher electricity usage.

without notice. Please always inquire at the time of booking.
Taxes (5%) are not included in our hourly rates and in our equipment for rent prices and will be added to the final bill at the end of the shooting session. We do not accept Credit Cards. We only accept cash and prepaid Bank Transfers. Please contact us for bank information. Customer will be responsible for any bank fees (incoming, outgoing). We do not accept postponed payments. All invoices need to be settled before leaving the studio.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Reservations are accepted up to 3 months in advance.
Minimum booking time is 4 hours.
Customers leaving the studio before the booked time is over will not receive any refunds and will be billed fully.
Any booking/reservation recorded is a contract with U-TAKE STUDIO. Customers who cancel will have to pay the current cancellation fees or will not be allowed to book/reserve any longer.
Cancellations fees need to be paid by Bank Transfer not later then a week from cancellation. Failure to do so will ban said customer from U-TAKE STUDIO and future booking will not be allowed.
Customer who wish to rent any lighting, camera, accessories equipment from U-TAKE STUDIO currently available in stock, please notify us at time of booking or at least 3 days in advance.
Customer who wish to rent any lighting, camera, accessories equipment from U-TAKE STUDIO currently not in stock, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. We will contact you with pricing and availability.
Please note that no assistant is available free of charge and that customer are responsible for setting up any equipment. We do offer assistants for a fee. Please refer to our "
PRICES" for a quote.
Customers can only carry in equipment the day of shooting. Customers will have to take out own equipment at the end of session and within the booked time.
Studio conditions will need to be the same at the end of every shooting. Any moved furniture will need to be placed back to original positions. Any lighting equipment will need to be placed back in cases, covers and completely unplugged from power outlets. Every thing will need to look the same way as it was received at the start of the session.
Meals in the studio are OK. Customers will need to properly dispose any garbage generated at the end of session.
Shoes are not allowed in the studio. If you need to use any shoes for your shooting, please make sure to use brand new shoes or to use duct tape to cover the shoes sole. Same applies for shooting on the background paper.
Loud noise or music during the studio rental is
prohibited. We care about our neighbors.
If the shooting session performed completely differs from what announced and is in breach of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to stop said session. Refunds will not be given and the customer will have to pay all fees.
Use of firearms is not allowed.
Special effects such as fire and smoke are not allowed in our studio.
Water, sand, salt, confetti, etc. usage during shooting will incur in additional fees, Please inform at the time of booking.
The studio, make-dressing room, kitchen are non-smoking areas. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony-smoking area. Please refer to the Floor Plan photo above.
Use of nail or screws on walls/ floors/ceilings is not allowed.
Shooting with animals/pets is allowed only when trained animals are used and trainer/owner is present.
Please ask us in advance.
For any adult/X-RATED shooting please ask and provide details in advance for authorization.
Preparation (loading) and clean up (unloading) is part of the reservation time. Any additional time will incur in prorated additional fees.
Extension are only allowed when no new reservation is present tｈat the end of the session.
If you wish to extend, please notify our staff always ahead of time. If there is no new reservation following, we will try to accommodate you.
Willful negligence, any damage to floors, walls, ceilings ,furniture etc., lighting, equipment and so on will be responsibility of the customers. Customers will pay the damages.
U-TAKE STUDIO is not responsible for any theft, damage nor lost of any personal item occurred in the studio during rental.
Personal things you left behind during your rental will be disposed if not claimed within one month.
U-TAKE STUDIO provides no free parking. Please use the pay parking available nearby. Please refer to the "
