We, Ultima Group Ltd, intend to establish a new offshore megabank project and in order to offer a limited number of investor accounts worldwide (150,000), will start approaching banks in Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan and Japan in 2007 and further expanding into Europe in 2008.

Once this limited number of accounts have been designated no more offers will be made. In the long term we greatly anticipate returning parts of the profits to investors through our international venture capital operations and international diversified investment in full-scale, large revenue offshore banking operations aimed at higher socioeconomic groups throughout the world and our team of expert fund managers. We believe that this epic project will undoubtedly mark a new era in the world.
